The Architectural services we provide is the collaborative process
of developing a project that meets our client’s
functional and aesthetic requirements.
This process can be broken down into several phases:
1. Conceptual phase: Defining the scope of the project and the terms of collaboration.
2. Site analysis and planning: Selection of site and defining the general shape of the project based on existing zoning laws, utilities, accessibility and site conditions.
3. Programmatic analysis: Determining the size, number and organization of functional spaces to reflect occupant’s workflow or(if residential) ways of living.
4. Preliminary design: Consolidating previous analyses into a coherent design, including the project’s exterior aesthetic, with the aid of 3D modeling and visualization.
5. Construction Documentation: Finalizing a set of detailed documents for the purpose of pricing and construction, as well as the coordination of drawings between disciplines, i.e. interior design, civil, structural and mechanical engineers.
6. Permit applications: Preparation of necessary architectural drawings and renderings, while working with the client’s attorney, to attain zoning, building, and other required permits.
7. Bidding: Provide recommendation and assistance in the selection of contractors.
8. Construction Administration: Coordination between contractor and manufactures to ensure the correct material and method of construction is used.
